Demi has never been afraid to speak her mind and has been known to slam Taylor for her group of friends that project a “false” body image and for upsetting Katy Perry. Here are some of Demi’s most recent views on Taylor.

Regarding Taylor’s $250,000 Donation to Keisha: After Taylor went public about her donation, Demi said that she would only be impressed if Taylor said something of any real value. When fans criticized her, she responded by saying, “At least I speak up about s–t that’s uncomfortable to talk about rather than trying to be politically correct 24/7.”

On not getting along: When Demi was asked by “Refinery 29”, about the tension between her and Taylor, she said that there are women who “just don’t get along”.

The feminist argument – In the same interview, Demi said that Taylor branded herself as a feminist, but she wasn’t, as she didn’t project this through her work.

Taking Kim Kardashian’s Side –After Taylor approved to release the video of Kanye Wests “Famous” lyrics, most celebrities took sides. Demi chose to take Kim’s side by tweeting “I love Kim Kardashian.”

Standing up for Katy Perry – Apparently, Taylor’s “Bad Blood” song was aimed at Katy Perry. When asked by “Glamour” what Demi thought about the topic, she said, “I think that having a song and a video about tearing Katy Perry down, that’s not women’s empowerment”.
